GetApplyMD Terms of Service

By accessing or using GetApplyMD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use GetApplyMD on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

GetApplyMD provides software tools for medical professionals, including:

• Australian clinic search
• Clinic outreach management
• Campaign organization
• Optional Gmail integration for outreach emails

Users are responsible for their use of the platform and must:

• Provide accurate information
• Protect account access
• Comply with applicable laws

Users are also responsible for reviewing clinic information, communication content, and outreach decisions before acting on them.

Users may not use GetApplyMD to engage in or support:

• Spam
• Abuse
• Unauthorized access
• Misuse of clinic information

Users must not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or rate controls, or use the platform in a way that could harm clinics, recipients, or other users.

• Gmail connection requires explicit permission.
• Users control Gmail authorization.
• Users can disconnect Gmail access.

Gmail features are optional and are made available only to support the outreach workflows requested by the user within GetApplyMD.

GetApplyMD may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be available 100% of the time.

GetApplyMD, including its software, design, content, and associated branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms, no rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetApplyMD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to GetApplyMD if these terms are violated, if use of the service creates legal or security risk, or if continued access is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.

Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure by contacting support.
